Or anything for that matter.
At first I thought I was lactose intolerant. Then I thought I’m just "sensitive" to some types of food. But dammit I’ve experimented on many different types of food already and almost all of them makes me want to take a dump after a couple of minutes eating them.
Some say that I just have a strong metabolism. But I’m 19. I’m not a little kid anymore.
There are really on 2 possibilities.
1) Your digestive track was irritated before you ate the food.
If true, you need to figure out what is causing you to continually have an irritated digestive track. One common cause is allergies. When you have an allergy attack, the body defense ack like you are sick and can cause your stomach to cramp. So maybe your pillow or bedding is causing you to continually have an attack and, hence irritated digestive track. Try taking a good allergy drug (Zyrtec) for a few weeks and see if it helps.
2) The food you ate irritated your digestive track.
In this case, you may be overly sensitive to some foods. I know you said you tried several diets, but still there are a lot of possible causes. You could have problem with wheat and wheat is in everything you eat. Look at a wheat free diet. Or you could have a problem we some preservative. A common issue. Look into a preservative free/organic diet.
NOTE: I’ve dealt with this issue all my life and only recently found that my bedding was the cause. I have to wash everything in hot water and then cover it all with Allergy covers to stop the constant irritation. I suspect the problem is the chemical in the bedding (Flame retardant chemical), but can’t prove it. Anyways there is a cause and you need to find it, so don’t stop trying.
Your digestive system is complex you may just want to go see your doctor.
